
You asked and we provided – live sessions SIX days a week.
We have put together a fun-filled weekly schedule of live sessions hosted by YOUR coaches.
On Mondays Coach Plamen runs an all abilities session.
On Tuesdays Coach Katie runs a flexibility session.
On Wednesdays Coach Katie runs a conditioning session for beginners and improvers at 4:20pm followed by a longer session for advanced and elite members at 5pm.
On Thursdays Coach Katie runs a strength session.
On Fridays Coach Steve runs an all abilities session.
On Sundays Coach Georgie runs a super fun session for pre-school members!
From fitness sessions to focusing on skills and strength we have provided lots of interactive content to keep everyone from trampoline and gymnastics classes active and excited!
To join in all you need to do is be part of Springfit Online – we post reminders daily so all you need to do is set your alarms.
