We provide recreational sporting activities for children and adults of all ages and abilities in the fields of gymnastics and trampolining. Our aim here at Springfit is to create an environment of Safety, Fun and Fitness.

We have a comprehensive set of policies and guidelines to ensure you and/or your children can train in a safe, friendly and welcoming environment.


Our specially designed awards programmes help members earn progress certificates and badges, plus we hand out medals to one member of each class twice a year.


Our classes run year-round, PLUS we offer a variety of half/full day gym camps, specialist skills workshops, taster sessions and Open Gym sessions in school holidays.
