Enrol With Monthly Subscriptions
To reserve your place in Springfit classes, we operate an automated monthly subscription service.
Subscriptions are managed via Stripe, through integration with our Class Management system. Stripe is a globally trusted and PCI DSS Level 1 compliant platform (the highest level of certification in the payments industry). When you enter your card details via your own password-protected login on our booking platform, the information is securely encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe, bypassing our servers and those of the booking platform entirely. This means that neither we nor our booking service store card details ourselves, and neither of us can see any of your card information, significantly reducing any security risks. Only the last 4 digits of your card are visible on your Member Hub; this is just so that we, and you, can identify which card is used for the payment method, should you need to change it.
Stripe will process your payments automatically on the 1st of each month, and these fees cover classes for one month.
We run all year round, guaranteeing a minimum of 46 classes a year (often we run for more than this), and have planned closures for the Christmas period, plus one week at Easter, one week at the end of the summer holidays and Bank Holidays. You pay the same amount each month to guarantee your place on an ongoing basis. It is not on a per-class basis. The fees hold your place in class, regardless of attendance.
To help with budgeting, your monthly tuition fees remain the same regardless of the number of classes each month. For example, you pay the same if there are five classes in a given month, or three.
Annual Membership
We offer three different tiers of Annual Membership, each with various benefits applied. You must choose a Membership level at the point of enrolment, and this cost will be added to your first bill. Regular monthly payments will then continue at the usual price, as detailed at www.springfit.org/prices.
Members can notify us of absences with more than 24 hours’ notice and book replacement sessions. The number of catch-up tokens available depends on the Membership tier you choose upon enrolment
Your Annual Membership fee will automatically renew on the anniversary of your joining date, and your catch-up tokens will be renewed at this point too.
Upon cancellation, Annual Memberships and associated benefits, including any catch-up tokens, will be withdrawn. If you would like to rejoin, the Annual Membership term will restart from that point, with the fee becoming due again.
