Throughout lockdown, we launched Springfit Online. Springfit Online was a Facebook Group for members that provided a collection of useful resources including pictures and videos of fitness classes, skills, tips, conditioning, exercises, drills, games, and other related activities. Hosted ‘watch parties’ and interactive content allowing our members to show us what you were doing from
