This page details general information and procedures in place at our Venues. Information may be updated and change during the Covid-19 period.

All details below are in effect from 25/02/2022 until further notice.

  • All class bookings must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice. This is to ensure the Head Coaches registers are accurate and we can track who is in classes.
  • New members are invited to book in when capacity allows.
  • All members must agree to the updated policies before attending classes.

  • Please come to class in suitable attire, as per usual policy. Changing rooms may not be open or available.
  • The guidance advises face coverings are not worn by gymnasts or coaches while participating in sports. However, we respect all individual’s choices should they wish to wear a face covering while inside a venue.
  • As usual, gymnasts need to come to sessions with their hair already tied up and without jewellery. Earrings that can’t be removed need to be taped before sessions.

One-Way Systems:

  • Many of our venues will continue to operate one-way systems, in order to ensure smooth class change over, safely supervise dispersal and avoid unnecessary congestion. Please check our venue pages for details.

  • All classes will finish five minutes early to avoid congestion around class changeover time and allow coaches time to clean equipment.
  • Children are encouraged to use the toilet before the start of the class to minimise disruption during class.
  • One parent per child is encouraged to accompany members to FunFit (preschool) and Trampolining (to help with spotting). Due to space and capacity constraints parents are not able to accompany members to Gymnastics classes.
  • Siblings of members are not allowed to remain in the venues, unless booked into a class.

  • Hand sanitiser is available for all visitors at the entrance and exits. Everyone is encouraged to use hand sanitiser when entering or exiting the facilities.
  • If you are unable to use hand sanitiser, we encourage you to wash your hands with soap in the toilets for at least 20 seconds.

  • If you/your child have Coronavirus symptoms or come into contact with anyone who has tested positive for Coronavirus, we strongly suggest that you do not come to class that week and follow recommended isolation periods from the NHS. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to refund you for missed sessions as we have fixed running costs.
  • You no longer need to inform us if an absence is related to Coronavirus.

If you have any questions or concerns, please speak to us by calling 0203 478 0203 or email your Club Manager.
