Throughout the Coronavirus period, we were overwhelmed to have received so many messages of support and well wishes from our wonderful Springfit family.
Since many people were in a position to continue to pay their subscription and keep the Club going, we have expanded our Catch Up Class scheme to be available for all fully subscribed members throughout the four months of lockdown. This means all missed classes have been logged and a credit amount allocated for each person. We want you to be able to have the classes you paid for!
For all those with active subscriptions, please get in touch with our Head Office or your Club Manager to arrange to attend additional classes, and we will check the availability. Please see our class schedule for suitable class options.
We will be showing our appreciation to our dedicated Springfit Family in many other ways, and we know that you are keen to get back into classes and to use these catch-up credits.
To make it clear on how to use the credits and what terms apply, we have provided you with some further information and frequently asked questions at the bottom of this page.
Things to bear in mind:
- All you need to do to redeem the catch-up credits is have an active full class subscription. Once this has been confirmed on the system you can start using your catch up classes for additional sessions.
- We encourage you to take a look at our class timetable prior to booking in catch up classes so you can find a class on a day and at a time that is convenient for you.
- This could be a good time to try out a new class and see if you like it!
With schedules getting busier again, we know that it might be difficult for everyone to be able to make use of all your catch up class credits. For this reason, we have created an alternative way to redeem them by providing a menu of options for you where catch up class credits can be exchanged for merchandise, clothing, all-day camps or other activities. Please see below for the options available.
All you have to do is email us at email@example.com letting us know what item(s) you would like, and any sizes required. We will then adjust your allocation accordingly and arrange for the items to be booked, or taken to class venues.

How many catch up classes do I have?
Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to let you know how many catch up classes you are entitled to. We have everyone’s logged!
How can I redeem my catch up classes?
Send us an email (email@example.com) and we will be more than happy to either get your classes booked in or arrange for your classes to be credited in another way, subject to class availability and/or stock.
When can I start using them?
We are keen for you to start using your catch up class credits as soon as possible. The summer holidays are a perfect opportunity to get back out of your home and enjoying our activities!
What Classes should I book into?
Please take a look at our Class Schedule for options. Make sure the class you want to attend is a suitable level. This is mainly applicable for gymnastics, as trampolining is an individual sport for all abilities.
I’m a STAR Member with Catch-Up classes already available. Can I still use them?
The Catch Up Class Scheme is still available to STAR Members as usual, for the duration of your membership upgrade (annual renewal required).
How long do I have to use the Catch Up Class Credits up?
For all those with Catch Up Classes logged for the Covid-19 period, you will have 13 months to make use of these. The option ends on 31st August 2021.
