For some people exercising is the highlight of their week. But for some of us it can feel a little more difficult to find that gym motivation. Here at Springfit, we believe that the best way to get over that fitness phobia is to find a sport that you love.
In one of our trampolining sessions you can burn up to 600 calories! This is comparatively more than both running and cycling. However, at Springfit we don’t count the calories. We just want you to have a great time learning a new skill, making new friends and keeping fit and healthy.
For most people, motivation levels are encouraged by ongoing results. However, in the gym it is not always easy for us to see results. With trampolining, you can focus on perfecting a new trampoline skill instead of focusing on the pounds. With time you’ll notice huge difference in your strength, fitness and trampolining abilities.
