Springfit’s home at Oakwood Sports Centre in Horley is set to experience a boost as Wednesday night classes are planned to start running before the end of the year.
With waiting lists for our popular activities growing and children staying in classes for longer than many other sports clubs, the management are keen to move with the times and provide classes to meet the demand for Springfit sessions.

Alongside our existing classes in gymnastics and trampolining in the gymnasium, we are privileged to be able to have use of brand new competition quality trampolines in the sports hall to run high performance sessions for all ages.

At the same time we have teamed up with a local group of young and talented parkour enthusiasts who will be working with Springfit coaches to provide dedicated Freestyle gymnastics sessions throughout the rest of the sports hall. They are pictured here with Springfit Manager Adam Reynolds, who is a qualified Freestyle gymnastics coach himself, and very much looking forward to the sessions.
Expert guidance on all aspects of Free-running and parkour will be covered in this Freestyle class. Members can experience tricking and body varials on the padded floor and practice moves with safety mats to help with building skills in the great outdoors.
With the popularity of such exercise growing every day, these classes are an ideal opportunity for children of all ages and abilities to come and meet the stars of YouTube and learn how to perform impressive tricks, while building strength, flexibility and co-ordination, along with a host of other life skills.

An exciting opportunity for adults has arrived at our St Bede’s venue on Monday nights.
Springfit legend Dave Mizon (star of the 2012 calendar and pommel video from earlier this year) has booked a private gymnastics class with use of two trampolines and the whole gym on Mondays between 8pm and 9pm at St Bede’s in Redhill. It will be known as “Dave’s class”.
With a fully qualified coach present to instruct and support moves, the session is open to ANYONE over 18 who would like to come and join in. Maximum cost would be £10 for this exclusive, almost one-to-one coaching session, but the more people that join in, the cheaper it gets for everyone! If ten people take part, it will cost you less than £5!
Invite your friends and settle fees on the day with Dave directly, the fun and friendly face of the newest and most exciting class from your fun and friendly club; Springfit.
We are pleased to be able to offer new classes at St Bede’s school in Redhill on Monday nights from the New Year. Adding to our provision of boys and adults classes on Wednesday nights, the new sessions will be able to accommodate mixed general gymnastics classes for children aged 4 and up, and well as two more children’s trampoline classes. There will also be more opportunities for adults to join the highly beneficial fitness activities, as the club grows to put on eight adult classes.
The gymnasium at the school is ideal for all kinds of activities, including being the base for Springfit’s popular parkour and freestyle classes. With more equipment arriving and further fundraising activities taking place, the club is pleased to be expanding. Manager Adam Reynolds said of the latest news: “We are happy to be able to work with such supportive venues to help fulfil the increasing demand we have been experiencing for our classes. The staff at St Bede’s have been very helpful as we encourage members of the local community to come and enjoy our uniquely fun and energetic sessions”.
Springfit Gymnastics and Trampoline club are proud to bring their popular and unique style of gymnastics coaching to Meath Green Infant school, Horley .
Following on from the success of Manorfield Infant school’s pre-school sessions for 2yrs up, the team will provide ‘breakfast club’ sessions for pupils. This extends the reach of the club to more people in Horley, and is another step in the steady development of the club throughout the area.
With classes planned in Crawley and more in Redhill, parents are delighted at the opportunity for children to build on balance and co-ordination as well as confidence and social interaction.
With demand growing for more of the hugely popular “Funfit” classes, the club is proud to be a leader in the field of pre-school gymnastics sessions.
Springfit manager Adam Reynolds said of the new project; “We have been inundated with organisations begging us to bring our style of coaching to children in their area, and are pleased to be able to offer additional classes. It is important that children are introduced to these activities early as it builds on basic life skills, and the testimonials on our website are proof of that.”
Pre-school sessions at Manorfield and Funfit classes at Oakwood are open to the public to join at a very reasonable price. For further information contact us on 0203 478 0203 or email email@example.com
