A few times a year, we host a special workshop session for those who want to work on twisting somersaults or double somersaults on a trampoline with a rig.

The session is suitable for gymnasts or trampoline class members who are proficient at single somersaults, who have progressed to a point that coaches believe they are ready to work towards doubles (even if not actually achieving them yet) or individuals who would like to try double or twisting somersaults in a safe environment with expert tuition in a rig. It can also include those who would like to practice doing single somersaults using the rig, and is open to ex-members, non-members and coaches too.

High performance coach Adam Reynolds and a highly qualified assistant will provide this two-hour session to a select group of people who we believe are prepared for the advanced skills. With specialized coaching in the particular skill you are working towards, we will work through progressions and cater for individual’s own ability levels.

Held at St Bede’s school in Redhill, forthcoming dates are announced to an exclusive list of people and usually run on Monday or Friday afternoons during school holidays at a cost of £16.00 per person.

The venue has a rig above one trampoline, and another trampoline will be used for practice/building progressions. There will be a coach on each piece of equipment so you will receive one-to-one coaching when on the apparatus. Only a small group of people have been invited in order to provide a more personalized coaching experience for everyone attending the session.

There is a maximum allocation of 10 places, and we operate a “first come, first reserved” system for those wanting to attend.
