Springfit Gymnastics and Trampoline Club are pleased to announce that we will be hosting even more specialist classes at St Bede’s school in Redhill on Monday nights!

Alongside our existing classes in gymnastics and trampolining in the gymnasium, we are privileged to be able to have use of brand new competition quality trampolines in the sports hall to run high performance sessions for all ages.

Trampoline classes will run from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, 7:30pm to 8:30pm and 8:30pm to 9:30pm. Places are by invitation only for those who enjoy competition as higher level skills will be taught specifically to those who show potential in the sport and want to progress further.

At the same time we have teamed up with a local group of young and talented parkour enthusiasts who will be working with Springfit coaches to provide dedicated Freestyle gymnastics sessions throughout the rest of the sports hall. They are pictured here with Springfit Manager Adam Reynolds, who is a qualified Freestyle gymnastics coach himself, and very much looking forward to the sessions.

Expert guidance on all aspects of Free-running and parkour will be covered in this Freestyle class. Members can experience tricking and body varials on the padded floor and practice moves with safety mats to help with building skills in the great outdoors.
With the popularity of such exercise growing every day, these classes are an ideal opportunity for children of all ages and abilities to come and meet the stars of YouTube and learn how to perform impressive tricks, while building strength, flexibility and co-ordination, along with a host of other life skills.

Sessions run from 6:30pm to 8pm and 8pm to 9:30pm on Monday evening at St Bede’s school sports hall in Redhill from 22nd February. Come down and try a class for only £7.50!
